Truth Over Fear
I’ve spent my entire career building and understanding homes from the inside out. I started in construction at just 17, hanging drywall, then moved on to years of hard work with brick, block, and concrete. From there I installed roofing, did framing, and mastered custom tile. My hands-on experience eventually led me to historic restoration work in Detroit, Michigan—breathing new life into buildings with character and history.
That foundation opened the door to large-scale commercial construction projects, where I worked on university facilities, courthouses, and high-tech laboratories. After relocating to the Pacific Northwest, I started a handyman business and quickly became the most recommended handyman on Bainbridge Island.
In 2016, I combined decades of building experience with formal training to become a licensed home inspector. Since then, I’ve inspected hundreds of homes across Kitsap County and beyond.
My motto—“Truth Over Fear”—captures my approach. My role isn’t to scare buyers; it’s to give a clear, honest picture of a home’s condition. I draw on my construction background not only to identify issues, but to explain practical steps for addressing them.
Clients and realtors alike appreciate that I pair professional expertise with a personal touch. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, and I make sure every client knows they’re more than just “another inspection.” I see the people behind the purchase and provide the information they need to move forward with confidence.
